NClip is a platform on which creator from all genres can sell their content in limited editions as digital Collectibles. The creator himself determines the number of available NFTs and the price. There will be different levels of rarity, represented in a variety of preview images and color coding - but not in the price. Which rarity you receive upon purchase will be decided by luck - not your wallet. NClip wants to open up the world of NFTs to everyone - not just to those who can afford expensive and unique NFTs. We strive to offer the community a lot more: A place where you can display your Collectibles and share them with your friends.
Don't be disappointed if you've only received a Common" rarity Collectible. Thanks to a deflationary system at NClip, such NFTs also remain relevant and, after a while, can even be rarer than those in the “Legendary” category. Try it out - you have nothing to lose!
read moreWhen NClip was first developed, reports of fraud involving NFTs and cryptocurrencies were circulating in the media. This motivated us to change the perception of NFTs and take a completely different path. Not only do we want to be honest and authentic, we also strive to give back with our NFTs. We designed NClip so that every creator must choose a non-profit organization when creating a collection. Tokens # 1 in Legendary, # 2 in Epic, # 3 in Rare, # 4 in Uncommon and # 5 in Common - we call them ChrariFTy's - will be transferred to NClip wallet before the collection is offered for sale. As soon as all editions have been sold, five auctions start and the ChariFTy´s are auctioned off for the benefit of the non-profit organization chosen by the creator. Thus collectors have the option to get the desired NFT with the most desired numbers (the so-called Mint) and at the same time give back to the community.
read moreNFT (non fungible tokens") are digital objects such as pictures, pieces of music, videos or 3D models that are protected by an entry or an information block in a chain of lined up blocks (blockchain). They are not interchangeable or copyable.
An example: Even if a video is freely available on the Internet, the owner of the NFT with the number # 1 is the only one who has this copy, and the ownership is irrevocably registered on the blockchain. The next collector can own NFT # 2 and NFT # 3, but never NFT # 1. Unless they buy the NFT from its previous owner.
To protect the rights of all creators, we need to ensure that anyone creating NFTs on NClip really owns the rights to the uploaded content.
Because of this, every creator has to go through a verification process. Just check out your profile.
The creator determines the number of available tokens when they are created. This number is final - no further tokens can be created afterwards. The ID-Number of the NFT (= mint) and the associated rarity is not the same for every collection. In the first collection NFT # 6 can be Common and in the second one Legendary. The combination of the correct ID-number and rarity results in a further shortage of coveted NFTs. Imagine you have a Legendary NFT with the year of birth of the artist who published the NFT or the song of your favorite singer with the releaseyear of this song. Wouldn't that be cool?
The Collectibles appear in the following rarities:
Common - 50 %
Uncommon - 25 %
Rare - 15 %
Epic - 8 %
Legendary - 2 %
